伦敦大学金史密斯学院是在极具威望的‘94群’较小且以研究为导向的大学群中的重要成员。金史密斯除有一流的教学、研究水准外，更注重以创新的方式启发学子的创意与潜能。本校可以授予艺术与设计、社会科学与人文科学和计算机科学等学科的本科、硕士学位，并可提供教师培训、延续教育等学习机会。

活动介绍：

本次讲座将由Rachel Bilson女士主持。旨在为已获得预录取的学生及有意申请的学生更多了解本校的机会。讲座内容将涉及学科设置详情、校区生活介绍以及在英国求学的各项准备。同时，也给到今夏开始在金史密斯学院求学的学生互相认识了解的机会。

主讲人Rachel Bilson女士主要负责金史密斯学院东亚地区国际学生事务及联络。Bilson女士每年花费4个月时间与东亚各国学生交流，对于国际学生在英国求学的需求具有敏锐的洞察力，对于国际学生的支持服务工作具有丰富的经验。如需了解伦敦大学金史密斯学院，Bilson女士将完整介绍每个细节，并帮助申请人作出最正确的选择。

Internationally renowned for our creative and innovative approach to teaching and research, at Goldsmiths we offer undergraduate, postgraduate, teacher training and return-to-study opportunities in subjects covering the arts, social sciences, humanities and computing.

Every year we welcome around 100 students from China following a range of degree subjects including Art, Computing, Creative & Cultural Entrepreneurship, Cultural Studies, Design, Arts Administration and Media & Communications. Our alumni have gone onto work at Xinhua, the Shanghai International Film Festival and in teaching at some of the best universities such as CUC and China Academy of Art.

Students from China are guaranteed university accommodation. All of our halls of residence are within walking distance of Goldsmiths, with easy access to Central London by public transport. They range from self-contained flats and converted period houses to more traditional halls of residence.

This presentation is an opportunity for students holding offers and those considering choosing Goldsmiths to find out more about us. You can find out details of our courses, living in New Cross and getting to the UK. It will also be a great a chance for you to meet with other students who are coming to Goldsmiths this summer.

I have worked at Goldsmiths for over two years where I am responsible for developing our links in East Asia. I know lots about the courses at Goldsmiths and can give you the information you need to make the best decision about your study. I can also give you information on making an excellent application to us. I spent around 14 weeks a year overseas and look forward to meeting you in Beijing and Shanghai.
